Q: How long will it take to receive my candles?
A: Typically around 5-7 business days. We keep a small inventory in stock, but most of our candles are made to order. Good candles take about 5-7 days for the scent to settle and give a good throw. We begin making them within 2 business days of the request and ship priority mail after 5 days. 

Q: What if an item shows out-of-stock?
A: Simply request to be notified when the item is available and we will get right on top of creating your specific candle. Once completed we will send you a notice that is completed and an invoice. You have 24 hours from the invoice date to complete payment, or the candle will be listed in general inventory.

 Q: I have an event coming up, can I order custom candles?
A: Yes! We can customize labels for our Candles & Wax Melts. Contact us through our Help page to begin an inquiry

Q: How long will my candles last?
A: Our candles have a 24+ hour burn time. Candles should never burn more tha 4 hours at a time, and allow at least 2 hours between burns to ensure safety.
